Before you start using our Service, take a moment to read through these terms and conditions.

Some of the words we use here have specific meanings. We've defined them below, and they apply the same way whether they're singular or plural. These Terms and Conditions are what govern how you use the Service. They form the agreement between you and us, laying out what rights and responsibilities everyone has. When you access or use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. That goes for everyone—visitors, regular users, everyone. We have no control over those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them, their privacy policies, or how they operate. We can shut down your access to the Service right away, with no warning or explanation, for pretty much any reason. That includes if you break these Terms and Conditions. Once that happens, you lose the right to use the Service immediately.

Whatever damages you end up with, our total liability—and our suppliers' total liability—is capped at what you've actually paid us for the Service. If you haven't paid anything, the cap is 100 GBP. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor our suppliers will be responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. That means loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy tied to using or not being able to use the Service, or issues with third-party software and hardware—even if we knew this could happen and even if the remedy doesn't work as intended.

The Service comes to you as-is and as-available, with all its faults and problems, with no warranty at all. As far as the law permits, we and our Affiliates and our licensors and service providers don't guarantee anything about the Service—no express warranties, no implied warranties, nothing—including that it'll be fit for what you want to do with it, that it's accurate, that it's yours free and clear, or that you won't run into problems. We don't promise anything about how the Service will work, whether it'll be up and running, what information or content is on it, or anything else. We're not saying it won't break, that information will be correct, or that there aren't viruses, scripts, worms, malware, or other nasty stuff lurking around.

These Terms and how you use the Service are governed by the laws of the Country, without getting into its conflict of law rules. Your use might also fall under other local, state, national, or international laws. If something goes wrong or you have a dispute about the Service, you agree to try sorting it out informally first by reaching out to us.

For European Union (EU) Users: If you're in the EU, you have certain legal protections that come from your country's laws and can't be taken away. United Kingdom Legal Compliance: You're confirming that you're not in a country under government embargo or on any restricted list, and that your name doesn't appear on any government list of prohibited or restricted people.

If a court decides some part of these Terms is unenforceable or invalid, that part gets adjusted to work as much as possible under the law, and everything else stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right or require you to do something under these Terms, that doesn't mean we've lost that right or won't enforce it later. Letting something slide one time doesn't mean we're okay with it happening again.

These Terms might have been translated for your convenience, but the original English version is what counts if there's ever a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want, at our discretion. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you a heads up about 30 days before the new version kicks in. If you keep using the Service after we make changes, you're agreeing to the new Terms. These terms and conditions took effect on 2026-08-06.
